Sending an international courier shipment doesn’t have to be a daunting task. Whether you’re sending cherished items to loved ones abroad or important documents for business, understanding the process can make all the difference. STEP 1
- Register for free and login FreightAmigo platform.
- FreightAmigo platform: https://os.freightamigo.com/login
- Select “Parcel” at “Instant Quote” tab.
- Enter your cargo info, click “Continue”.
STEP 2
FreightAmigo will provide you with transparent pricing and transit times from various courier service providers based on the information you enter. You can easily see the cheapest option available.
- After choosing your preferred quote, simply click “Book Now.”
- If you need your parcel sent quickly, select “Fastest” to find the quote with the shortest transit time.
The courier will pick up your parcel directly from your chosen address, whether it’s your home or office. Don’t let bad weather stand in the way of your shipping needs!”
STEP 3
- After clicking “Book Now”, fill in the contact information included Shiper and Consignee.
- Select the Pickup Date & time for your convenience.
- Enter Cargo description then click “Continue”.
- *Reminder: Filling in e.g. Gift in the cargo description is not clear enough for customs clearance, especially for shipment containing multiple products. The following example is for your reference:
- Declare whether the cargo contains Dangerous Goods / Batteries / Liquid or any prohibited items.
Check if all the information is correct. You can update the items by clicking “Back” at the bottom left corner.
- Finally, you can select the payment method and place the order instantly by clicking “Confirm & Pay”.
- The system will direct you to the payment page. Enter the card information and continue.
After completing your payment, you can print out the label by clicking “Download Label” You can also download and print the Tracking Label again from the MyShipment section.
Finally, attach them to a noticeable place on your shipment, and wait for the courier’s pick-up.
