Local Delivery

For local delivery, Hongkong Post offers EC-Get and Local CourierPost with a range of mail tracking services. Items are delivered within 1 to 3 working days after the day of posting to a designated collection point. The customers can also decide between counter collection and delivery services. However, it should be emphasized that EC-Get items must be posted at the post office. Posting at the posting box is not applicable. Otherwise, items will be considered undeliverable and cannot be returned. Therefore, the public should allow more time for posting their parcels in person at the post office!

To safeguard the health of the public and delivery staff, for buildings/premises included in the Compulsory Testing Notice, mail delivery service will be temporarily suspended during the testing dates.
