1.【FreightAmigo Double Up Your Luck – Prize Quiz Game】 (hereinafter referred to as the “event”) is organized by “FreightAmigo Services Limited” (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”).

2. The end date is 23:59 PM (Hong Kong time) on 22 February, 2021. In addition, the organizer has the final decision to change the event date without prior notice.

3. All dates and times related to the event (including but not limited to the date and time of participating in the event, the date and time of the winner’s reply information, etc.) are subject to the organizer’s server.

4. Participants must complete step 1) Like the FreightAmigo Facebook page and event post; step 2) Submit the registration form and answer related question; and step 3) Complete the card matching game in order to successfully participate in this event.

5. Winner would have the chance to get reward or freightage discount, the details are as follows:
A) You can get freightage discounts of different values, which are applicable to air/sea/express services on the FreightAmigo platform. The detailed terms of use of the discounts are listed in the notification.
B) The discount is not applicable to past orders, and each order can only be used once.
C) The discount is only applicable to general cargo, and the final cost will be subject to the system of FreightAmigo Services Limited. It does not include duties, taxes, customs charges or all surcharges and fees.
D) The detailed terms of use of the reward are listed in the reward coupons.

6. The organizer will arrange for someone to notify the winners after the entire event. Each Facebook account is only limited to one participation. Just as a Facebook account participates more than once, it will be calculated as a single participation in the event and selected according to the event criteria. All are subject to the organizer’s decision.

7. If a participant encounters a network connection or any mobile phone or computer program problem during the event, the event game is not completed, it is the participant’s responsibility and the organizer will not be held responsible.

8. If it is found that there is any improper behavior or that the participant violates the principle of good faith and obtains gifts, including but not limited to plug-ins or other informal channels to participate in activities, use other third-party equipment or technology to obtain gifts, or violate or infringe on the organizer. The organizer has the right to cancel its qualification for the prize immediately without giving reasons.

9. Participants’ participation in this event is voluntary. They understand and accept that the organizer is not the supplier of the gifts provided. Therefore, all aspects of each gift (including but not limited to quality, maintenance, supply, product statement, any false product description or misleading, ambiguity, omission, unclear statement or supplier’s employee, responsible person or agent People’s bad business practices), the organizer is not required to bear all legal liabilities and compensation.

Award matters

The organizer will notify the winners, and the organizer will require the winners to submit detailed personal information for the purpose of checking and using the rewards. Only FreightAmigo members have the right to use the rewards. If the winner loses his gift redemption email, it will not be reissued.
