1. We, FreightAmigo Services Limited (collective “organizer” or “Organizer), organize this promotion event. The promotion valid period is 22 March to 31 May, 2021 23:59 PM (Hong Kong time).
2. By joining this promotion event, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“terms and conditions” or “Agreement”). Please read them carefully.
3. The meaning of some words used in these terms and conditions: 3.1 The “Organizer” or “organizer” is reference to FreightAmigo Services Limited. 3.2 “This event”, “this event”, “the promotion” or “promotion event” is the Organizer offering you the opportunity to get giveaway. 3.3 “you”, “Participant” or “participant” means the person who has FreightAmigo Services Limited member account and submit this event registration form.
4. The promotion is applicable to order with air/sea/rail freight/courier service.
5. The promotion is only applicable to order with shipping charges of HKD500 or above which does not include duties, taxes, customs charges or all surcharges and fees.
6. The promotion does not apply to any previous order.
7. The promotion can only be used once per order.
8. The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
9. The promotion is only applicable to general cargo, and the final cost will be subject to the system of FreightAmigo Services Limited.
10. Once the participant submits the event registration form, the participant cannot cancel the shipment and all paid invoices will not berefundable nor creditable for any reason whatsoever.
11. The promotion is in first come first serve basis. Your participation is successful only when you receive the event confirmation email from organizer after registration.
12. The promotion quotas are limited. If participant fail to complete the event registration within 24 hours after receiving the event email, participant will be deemed to be given up the promotion. Organizer will not make further notice.
13. Participant have to make sure to fill in all the event registration information correctly. Organizer will not take responsible for any loss and damage caused by incorrect information.
14. Participant’s participation in this event is voluntary. You understand and accept that the organizer is not the supplier of the gifts provided. Therefore, all aspects of the gifts (including but not limited to quality, maintenance, supply, product descriptions, any false product descriptions or misleading, ambiguities, omissions, unclear statements or employees, responsible persons or agents of suppliers, people’s bad business practices), the organizer is not required to bear all legal liabilities and compensation.
15. RRELEASE FROM LIABILITY. The Participant, and on behalf of his/ her heirs, estate, insurers, successors, and assigns, hereby fully and forever release and discharge FreightAmigo Services Limited and the affiliates and subsidiaries of FreightAmigo Services Limited, its respective directors, employees and contractors of premises used in connection with the Event from any and all claims or causes of action the Participant may have for damages for personal or bodily injury, disability, death, loss or damage to person or property relating in any way to the Event, whether arising from the negligence of any or all of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Organizer will not take responsible for any loss caused by using of this giveaway.
17. Any gift damage is caused; organizer will not make any arrangements for replenishment or compensation.
18. Participant will not act in any way that amounts to a breach of any law and will fully indemnify and hold us harmless against all claims or demands or other consequences of any breach of this provision.
19. You agree to indemnify the organizer, its affiliates and all of our respective directors, employees and contractors, and hold us all harmless from any claim, loss, damage, fine, penalty, cost, expense (including legal expenses) or other liability which may be incurred by us arising out of (i) any claim that the Content, Advertising Materials or the related Products infringes upon or violates any third party Intellectual Property Rights, or slanders, defames or libels any person, or does not comply with any applicable law or regulation; (ii) any allegation that the Advertiser, Advertising Materials, Content or Products violate any applicable law or regulation.
20. If there are any objections or disputes to this event, the organizer reserves the right to make the final decision, including the right to suspend, change or terminate the event and modify the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. If the terms and conditions is executed in more than one language, the English language version shall control.
