Responsibilities:

• Assist the planning of marketing strategies and campaigns to build community among the B2B / B2C trading segments through enhancing their activeness, engagement and advocacy;
• Create customer life-cycle models to support strategic planning to enhance customer loyalty and analyse user behaviour and segment audience for remarketing;
• Implement tactics for growing and nurturing the user community through a mix of digital marketing tactics, call-to-action retention programs to boost usage at FreightAmigo.com;
• Liaise with internal teams, including digital marketing, business matching, data analytics, platform development, database intelligence, research, etc. to aggregate available data and insights, and drive initiatives;
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions, keep abreast of digital and CRM technology and apply best practices for buyer retention campaigns;
• Execute marketing initiatives and business development plans for the company;
• Assist in other ad hoc activities as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business/ Business Analytics/ Statistics/ Marketing/ eCommerce or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years of working experience in digital marketing with proven ability on implementing successful customer retention campaigns for B2B / B2C business;
• Self-motivated, out-going, meticulous, detail-minded team player with excellent analytical, communications & interpersonal skills;
• Work independent, willing to accept new responsibilities, and a good team player;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
• Experience in programming or analytics tools such as SQL, Google Data Studio, Tableau Power BI, Google Firebase, Zendesk and Hubspot would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
