Responsibilities:
• To call our ad-hoc users and introduce FreightAmigo services and solutions to them;
• To open and activate FreightAmigo account for these successful conversions;
• Build up a good relationship with existing and potential clients proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and business performance growth;
• Achieve monthly sales target;
• Collect market intelligence and feedback to management;
Requirements:
• Holder of Associate’s Degree or above in any discipline;
• Minimum 1 year telesales and call centre experience preferred;
• Sales-driven, pro-active, energetic and dynamic;
• A good team player who is persuasive, proactive and able to multi-task with can-do attitude;
• Good PC skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Sociable, strong communicator ;
• Passionate about internet technologies ;
• Hungry for challenges and achievements ;
• Energetic, customer-focused and detailed-oriented;
