Operation Executive


• Responsible for daily operational duties
• Expand the client base and drive sales pipeline through call, e-mail and online communication tools prospecting
• Support price analysis, quotation and follow up with related parties
• Maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders through clear communications
• Collect feedback from clients, partners and marketing team, identify issues and implement solutions to enhance the business model
• Achieve lead generation and customer services standard goals
• Assist in any ad-hoc project when necessary


• Post-secondary education or above in any discipline
• At least 2 years’ experience in forwarding industry, import & export in seafreight, airfreight or courier
• Able to handle full set documentations
• Ability to handle operational and client services tasks
• Effective interpersonal, communications, problem solving and telephone handling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good Chinese and English typing skills
• Customer oriented, aggressive, result oriented with positive attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent in organization, communication and negotiation
• Energetic, good team player, proactive and self-motivated
