IT Developer

Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop and deliver additional features across FreightAmigo website, SaaS platform and mobile App; 
• Provide SDLC support, including development, debug, stress test, UAT support etc.; 
• Analyzes methods to efficiently address software system requirements; 
• Maintain and support the application services to ensure stable business operations. 

Job requirements: 

• University student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or any related discipline; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) will be a plus;
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python or other programming languages; 
• Energetic, good team player, proactive and self-motivated;
• Effective interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Good command of written English and Chinese; Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Business Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Help with data research, usability studies, market analysis, and business environment analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and potential market gaps; 
• Analyze and break down the business problems, and transform them into product functional requirements, executive summary, etc.; 
• Assist in planning and designing UAT tests; 
• Assist in preparing training materials, providing user training and implementation support. 

Job requirements: 

• University student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operation Management, Supply Chain Management, FinTech, Finance, or any related discipline; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint); 
• Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools will be a plus; 
• Energetic, good team player, proactive and self-motivated; 
• Effective interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills; 
• Good command of written English and Chinese; Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
