1. Confirm return policy
All returns and cancellations are subject to shops’ policies. Each shop’s policy can be found at the bottom of the shop’s homepage. If you are browsing the product, click the name of the shop located on the upper right and you will be directed to the homepage.
2. Contact the seller
After confirming that the store accept returns and cancellation, be sure to reach out to the seller before return by messaging them. Remember to maintain good communication with the seller!
We suggest you confirming the following details with the seller:
- Where you should send the return
- What time frame does the seller wish to receive the return
- Who will be responsible for the cost of return and the tax (if any)
- What shipping method to use
3. Arrange Express service using FreightAmigo

You can download the shipping document from MyShipment or the email confirmation from FreightAmigo received after payment. The shipping document should be printed out one-sided and attached onto the parcel box.
4. Wait for your exchange or refund
Once the seller receives the return, he/she will further proceed to exchange or refund. Refund method will be based on how you pay for your order. For example, if you use credit card when you buy the product, then refund will be credited into your credit card account. Overseas transfers may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
