Usage: 

  • The offer can only be used once per order. 

  • The offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. 

  • The offer is only applicable to general cargo. All final charges are based on FreightAmigo Services Limited’s online system. 

eGift Card Issuance: 

  • All eGift cards will be issued electronically no earlier than 60 working days after the full payment has been completed and the order has been fulfilled, provided there are no delayed or partial payments outstanding. 

  • The eGift card will only be sent once to the email address registered during account creation and will not be reissued.

eGift Card: 

Distribution and Validity: 

  • eGift cards will be randomly distributed and are valid at Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Starbucks or others. 

  • Users are responsible for noting the usability period and expiration date of the eGift card. FreightAmigo is not responsible for any loss or liability related to the card's validity. 

Denomination and Usage: 

  • The eGift card is denominated in United States dollars (USD). 

  • The eGift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given. If the purchase price exceeds the value of the eGift card, additional payment will be required. 

  • The value on the eGift card cannot be transferred or used to purchase another gift card. 

  • The eGift card cannot be reloaded. 

Third-Party Terms and Conditions: 

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms and conditions set by the eGift card provider. FreightAmigo is not responsible for any transactions or issues related to the eGift card provider. 

  • The usage rules and related matters of the eGift card are the responsibility of the eGift card provider. FreightAmigo is not responsible for handling such matters. 

  • FreightAmigo is not responsible for any transactions or liabilities between the customer and the eGift card provider. 

Lost or Stolen Cards: 

  • Neither the eGift card issuers nor FreightAmigo Services Limited is responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the eGift card. Customers are advised to keep their eGift card secure, as it can be redeemed by anyone in possession of the card. 

Restrictions: 

  • The eGift card may not be accepted for the purchase of promotional, discounted, or supply-constrained items, or new products during their launch period. 

  • The eGift card will be voided where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Dispute Resolution: 

  • In the event of any disputes, FreightAmigo Services Limited reserves the right to make the final decision. 

  • FreightAmigo Services Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of the eGift card or any inability of a user to use the eGift card. 

Governing Law: 

  • This program is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
