Through tools, resources, and professional knowledge assistance from Microsoft Hong Kong (such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Teams), look forward to accelerating start-up’s R&D process and apply technologies to bring big changes to the industry.

Our Co-founder and Director, Ivy Tse was honor for being invited to join the launch event of Microsoft for Startups Programme at August 31 and shared how FreightAmigo platform uses technologies to reinvent traditional trade and logistics experience.

Through this cooperation, FreightAmigo will use Microsoft Azure technology to further expand business in Southeast Asia and Europe:

1. AI automatically calculates instant point-to-point international freight routes
2. Form Recognizer-identify all types of freight documents
3. AI chatbot cooperates with Microsoft Teams to optimize customer experience in different languages

A stable cloud service provider with a global layout can enable our platform to provide faster services to our global customers. With traditional logistics methods, customers have to wait 168 hours to get a door-to-door freight quotation. In FreightAmigo platform, it only takes 4 minutes to complete the entire booking process including search-quote-book-pay.
