How to place an order

Print out your waybill and label your parcel

Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a waybill and shipping label via email. The shipping label will clearly show the waybill number, sender’s name, shipping address, recipient’s name and address information.

Payment

You can pay by FPS, Paypal, Telegraphic Transfer, or any of the above methods.

Pick-up

Jingdong Logistics provides door-to-door pickup service. Shops can place orders through FreightAmigo and make appointments for pickup.

Express delivery service hours: Monday to Saturday, 2:00pm to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays, the fastest time for door-to-door collection after placing an order is 1 hour, and delivery within 4 hours.
