ITIGG

The International Transport Implementation Guidelines Group (ITIGG) is a global consortium of experts focused on the development and implementation of UN/EDIFACT standard messages for electronic trading in the transport industry. As a subgroup of D4, the UN/EDIFACT Message Development Group for Transport, the ITIGG provides recommendations and tools to assist software developers in the development of applications for global electronic commerce. Its work aims to clarify the intentions of the UN/EDIFACT message developers and to promote harmonized electronic trading practices, thereby promoting efficiency and interoperability in the transport sector. By facilitating the adoption of electronic trading, ITIGG contributes to the modernization and digitization of the industry, improving operational efficiency and the customer experience.
