With Particular Average

This is essentially an extension of “With Average” and is used interchangeably in many contexts. “With Particular Average” means that the insurance policy includes coverage for partial losses that are directly caused to the insured ship or cargo (as opposed to general average, where losses are shared among all stakeholders in a sea voyage). Coverage under WPA is activated only if the loss exceeds a certain percentage of the insured value, which is stipulated in the policy terms.
